The Yolo County WIB developed a Five-year Strategic Plan which is reviewed and modified annually. You may access the plan in Adobe Acrobat by clicking on this link. Some of the modifications and backup materials are not available on-line but may be obtained in hardcopy by calling 530-661-2933 for the latest version that has been submitted to the State.

The initial Five-Year Stategic Plan was approved in March 2000 and is now under review for the 5th year modification. The WIB has modified the Local Five-Year Strategic Plan to comply with State requirements under the Workforce Investment Act of 1998 (WIA).
