Here you will find information that will enhance your
knowledge of Workforce Investment Act Youth Council issues. As a
comprehensive system, Youth Councils, created under the Workforce
Investment Act, provide an excellent opportunity to examine the way
young people make the transition to working adulthood and to provide the
tools and guidance to facilitate that transition for all youth, whether
in or out of school. Some of the tools are provided here that provide
the focus for leadership in youth activities and for building a youth
development system.
